Photopolymers

The Stratasys J750 3D printer can combine up to six materials at the same time. This provides great variability in the appearance and mechanical properties that can be achieved on the resulting products. The principle of the technology consists in the precise application of a photopolymer and its immediate curing by UV radiation. Up to 500,000 product colors can be created using colored base materials.

The Objet Connex 500 enables fast production of high-quality and precise models from various types of photopolymers. A typical feature of the technology used is the possibility of printing two different types of material in one printing process and their possible mixing. The principle of the technology consists in the application of the input material in liquid form and its immediate curing by UV radiation. The resulting models are solid and dimensionally stable.
